The Home
An Adult Family Home provides care in a residential setting rather than an institutional one. At Prime Adult Family Home, no more than 6 residents share the home, so daily life can follow real people: their routines, their pace, and the things that matter to them.
About PrimeOur Approach
Good care starts with the individual: their routines, preferences, abilities, and what helps everyday life feel familiar. Comfort and dignity follow from being known.
Support begins with the individual: their abilities, preferences, history, and what makes a day feel like their own.
A steady daily rhythm, shaped around the people who live here rather than around a facility schedule.

Families are part of the picture. Questions are welcome before, during, and after a visit.
A Look Around
Everyday Comfort
Inside the front door is a sitting room, not a lobby. Prime Adult Family Home is a house in Everett: residents share the same living room, the same table, and the same front door, and the day is shaped around the people in it.
Meals & Routine
Meals are cooked in the home’s own kitchen and eaten at a shared table a few steps away. The home’s disclosure notes sensitivity to each resident’s culture and background; dietary needs are best discussed by phone.
Personal Space
A resident bedroom with an adjustable bed, a bedside lamp, and daylight through the window. Which rooms are available, and how they are arranged, is something to ask about when you call or visit.
Care & Support
Support is individualized according to each resident’s assessed needs and care plan. What the home can provide also depends on the needs of residents already living there.
Help with the everyday tasks of personal care, based on each resident’s needs.
Daily routines shaped around the individual resident.
Meals are part of the household’s daily rhythm.
Activities chosen with each resident’s preferences in mind.
May include support with medications, as described in the home’s disclosure.
