Prime Adult Family Home accepts Medicaid under the conditions stated in its Disclosure of Services on file with DSHS. Private-pay residents may convert to Medicaid after 12 months of private pay, with 6 months of advance notice before the conversion. The home may also accept Medicaid as the only form of payment at admission when no private funds are available. Conversion is limited to a set number of rooms, so please ask the home about your situation.
