The provider offers activities that consider each resident’s preferences and, when appropriate, may try to match activities to what a resident has loved doing in the past.

Medication Assistance

May include support with medications, as described in the home’s disclosure.

When deemed appropriate by the provider, the home may provide medication reminders, assistance with oral medications, or total assistance with medication administration. The disclosure also states that, when deemed appropriate by the provider, the home may contract with a registered nurse delegator for nurse delegation, and that the cost of delegated nursing services is the resident’s responsibility.
